January 3rd. She’s 7! It’s been 7 years since she’s ours..

After she gave us each a piece of her birthday cake..
she hurried to eat hers and go back to her presents.

Hi Sena, Happy Birthday to you! I wish I could have been there to taste some of your birthday cake. Did you blow out the candles all by youself? Was the cake big enough to give everyone a piece? what did you get for a present? Do you know that here we have a tradition to give a child one spanking for each year they are old. That is to help them be good for the whole year!! But I know you would never need anything like that!!You are a special little girl and I know God has a special job for you to do for Him when you get bigger. Just listen to Jesus and you will not go wrong. Listen to Mihalea too, and all your big sisters and your brothers too, and Mom and Dad! It’s so hard to be the youngest one isn’t it? Yeah.. her hair is even longer now & she’s proud to be able to have a cute ponytail. She actually said something about you 2 days ago! I don’t remember what were we talking about, but she said: “you know -my sponsor, your friend, who was here this summer”
I will give her a hug from you, but she’s doing her homework right now & I wouldn’t want to disturb her, as we will have a hard time getting her to focus again..
